Leona Lewis’ festive hit One More Sleep has been named the most played modern Christmas song in the UK.
According to data from Official graphicsThe hit has accumulated the equivalent of 14 weeks of continuous airplay on radio and television since its launch in 2013.
“It’s really special to know that One More Sleep brings a little joy to people’s Christmases,” he told the organization.
‘The song and the whole album mean a lot to me. “It’s really beautiful that people connect with this and as an artist that’s all I can hope for.”
Leona, 39, who rose to fame after winning The X Factor in 2006, has launched a highly successful music career.
Their debut studio album, Spirit, became one of the best-selling albums of the 2000s and the lead single, Bleeding Love, was the best-selling single of 2007.

One More Sleep debuted on the UK Singles Chart at No. 3 in 2013, and Leona became the British solo artist with the most Top 5 hits.

Last Christmas secured the Christmas No. 1 with 12.6 million streams and also the best seller of the week physically, thanks to a set of limited edition 40th anniversary collectibles, including zoetrope vinyl, picture disc and CD .
ZA! now enters a rare official chart club, as one of the few acts to have achieved the official Christmas Number 1 multiple times alongside the likes of Queen, Spice Girls, The Beatles and Ladbaby.
