Dayle Haddon’s last modeling gig before her untimely passing on Friday was a stunning collaboration with Blake Lively for a Vogue spread published in September.

The legendary model and actress, who tragically died of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at age 76, appeared alongside the It Ends with Us star in Baz Luhrmann’s photoshoot The Heist of the Heart, a reimagining of the classic Alfred Hitchcock’s 1955 film, To Catch a Thief.

While many celebrities have rallied to Blake’s support amid her sexual harassment lawsuit against co-star Justin Baldoni, Dayle’s Instagram caption accompanying the photo made her admiration very clear as she gushed about the actress.

“I loved working alongside the absolutely charming, funny and mischievous @blakelively,” Dayle wrote.

‘Blake is not only beautiful, inside and out, but she is extremely generous, fixing my dress during shoots, adjusting my fabulous @cartier jewelry…making sure it “sparkles” during the shoot!’

Dayle also thanked Baz, writing: “What a wonderful time working with the brilliant @bazluhrmann on his version of the classic film, To Catch a Thief for the September issue of @voguemagazine.”

She concluded: ‘Baz, a genius, enthusiastic, creative and inclusive director and photographer, was so much fun to work with!’

Haddon was discovered tragically unconscious in a second-floor bedroom of a home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on Friday, December 27.

According to the official police report, Walter Blucas, 76, was also found unconscious on the first floor.

He was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he remains under medical care.

Investigators concluded that a carbon monoxide leak caused by a malfunctioning exhaust and flue pipe in the gas heating system was to blame.

“This tragic incident is a stark reminder of the importance of carbon monoxide safety in our homes,” the police report stated in a Dec. 28 update.

Haddon, a famous model and actress, was also the mother of journalist Ryan Haddon, who is married to actor Marc Blucas.

Blucas, known for his role as Riley Finn on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and his work on the American series Needed Roughness (2011-2013), has more recently become a familiar face in Hallmark films.

Property records cited by NBC10 revealed that the Bucks County home where Dayle died belongs to Blucas and his wife.

Haddon’s legendary modeling career began in the 1970s and 1980s, with iconic moments like appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue in 1973 and being named one of Harper’s Ten Most Beautiful Women. Bazaar on two occasions.

Born in Montreal in 1948, she achieved worldwide fame as the face of important beauty brands such as Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Max Factor and Revlon.

His career extended to acting, with roles in American films of the 1970s such as The World’s Greatest Athlete (1973) alongside Jan-Michael Vincent.

After moving to Europe, he embraced international cinema while continuing to take on select Hollywood projects, such as North Dallas Forty (1979) with Nick Nolte and the cult classic Cyborg (1989) opposite Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Later, he appeared in the Woody Allen films Bullets Over Broadway (1994) and Celebrity (1998).
