Arbaaz Khan, who married make-up artist Shura Khan last December, is enjoying the paparazzi spotlight. The newlyweds have been the shutterbugs’ favorite for a while now and Arbaaz has realized the importance of the ubiquitous paparazzi in today’s times. Arbaaz talked about the attention he receives after his wedding News 18“I think I’m in the spotlight more for personal than professional reasons at the moment. Sometimes certain things happen in our lives that get us a little more (attention).”
Arbazz, who comes from a film family and started his career in the early 1990s, was not used to the paparazzi culture during the early days of his career. Talking about his evolving relationship with the shutterbugs, Arbaaz said, “This pap culture has boomed lately. It was only there 10-15 years ago. Initially, I was a bit worried about the paparazzi, thinking they would gain traction of me while I’m in my personal space. I wouldn’t say I was averse to it, but I wasn’t affable either unless I was having a good day.”
Arbaaz has also said that he is careful with his body language in front of the camera. He told News 18: “Today I’ve accepted the fact that the paparazzi are part of the territory and it’s something you probably can’t escape. I’ve realized it’s better to embrace it and be nice to them .”
Sharing the pictures from their wedding, the couple wrote, “In the presence of our loved ones, I and mine embark on a life full of love and togetherness from this day onwards! We need all your blessings and good wishes on our special day.” Look:
Arbaaz Khan was previously married to Malaika Arora. They were married for 19 years and divorced in 2017. They continue to co-parent son Arhaan, who is pursuing higher studies abroad.
