Parineeti Chopra is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Amar Singh Chamkila. Ahead of the film’s release, Parineeti Chopra dropped a video showing a behind-the-scenes look at the film’s sets. The video started with a vibrant scene showcasing Diljit Dosanjh’s electrifying performance of his songs in front of a local audience. The camera then shifts to Parineeti, dressed in a red salwar kameez, detailing her desired look to the makeup artist, aiming for a “stylish” and “elegant” transformation.
The behind-the-scenes video transitions seamlessly between moments of Parineeti Chopra delving into Diljit Dosanjh’s performance on stage. There were also clips capturing the duo amid a picturesque beach setting, and several photoshoots that highlighted their traditional look from the film. Accompanied by the melodious song Ishq Mitaye from the film, the video also offered a glimpse into Parineeti Chopra’s preparations in her makeup room as she gets ready for her shoot.
Parineeti Chopra shared the video on her Instagram account and wrote, “How can I ever top this movie experience? Spoiled forever.”
The film, a biopic on Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila, known as the best-selling Indian artist of the 1980s, is directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Mohit Choudhary, Select Media Holdings LLP, Saregama and Window Seat Films. The film premieres on Netflix on April 12.
