Stylist Raylee Rukavina, a Colorado-based bridal influencer, has responded to allegations of allegedly stealing her wedding dress after Cenderra Ca'Zanthia, the owner of Casze Atelier, accused her of failing to pay for the $10,000 outfit.

A Colorado influencer bride has responded to allegations that her wedding dress was stolen after a shop owner claimed she paid for the $10,000 outfit.

Stylist Raylee Rukavina was accused by Cenderra Ca’Zanthia, owner of Casze Atelier, of failing to pay the remaining fees and blocking all communication between them days before the influencer’s wedding.

In a series of TikToks, Ca’Zanthia claimed she had rushed the dress to her hairdresser a few days before the wedding and sent her final invoice via email and text messages, but never received a response.

The designer had also launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $12,500 to recover damages, including wages, legal and general costs, which has since been deleted.

After receiving a series of hate messages, Rukavina took to the video-sharing app last night to reveal what she said happened over the past few months.

The newlywed influencer told viewers she had signed a contract with Ca’Zanthia in February that stated the custom design of the dress would cost $6,290 and had to be delivered by August 10.

Rukavina also shared a confirmation receipt showing she had already paid $3,774 for the dress months before it was delivered to her.

The bride alleged in her two-part series that Ca’Zanthia canceled her second fitting while she was in Miami to try on the dress and that it was extremely difficult to contact her once payment was made.

She also revealed that the brand was scheduled to hold a Zoom call on June 16 about the dress with her, Ca’Zanthia and a customer service representative.

But Rukavina said Ca’Zanthia did not join the call and, despite multiple requests, the bride did not receive any photos of the outfit until early August.

Rukavina also said she eventually received a video of her wedding dress four days ahead of schedule and it was delivered.

But the bride-to-be said the video left her in absolute shock as it showed a dress that had been made in complete contrast to what she had initially requested in the contract.

The frustrated influencer also revealed that when she went to the designer’s boutique in Miami just two weeks before the wedding, more than half of the dress was still in production.

Much to the surprise of the bridal industry, Rukavina said that when she tried on the custom gown on August 10, she had to severely pin it and that the designer had used E6000 glue to simply glue the beads to the dress, rather than sewing them on.

But what was supposed to be a magical moment left her in tears after she said she realised it didn't fit together properly and numerous details were poorly done, particularly the train.

After claiming that her original wedding dress was poorly made, the bride and her family scrambled to find a last-minute gown for her to marry in.

The influencer also shared numerous screenshots of texts between her and the designer complaining about the quality of the dress.

In another video, Rukavina explained to her viewers how Ca’Zanthia had allegedly sent her a fake tracking number and blamed FedEx for delaying the package.

In the end, the bride received her dress 48 hours before she was scheduled to walk down the aisle.

In the end, the hairdresser asked the designer to return the dress.

Since Rukavina posted the video, fans have shown their support and former Ca’Zanthia customers have revealed the problems they say they have faced as well.

“I’m so sorry this happened to you. She did the same thing to me in July with my second wedding dress,” said one former customer.

While another added: ‘And not to mention Casze is known for shipping things TOO late (it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to deal with this).

“Look for the Casze brand on the Better Business Bureau. Same complaints!!!!!! The seamstress is a scammer,” one user also recommended.

Ca'Zanthia (pictured) claims she tried to contact Rukavina several times to collect her final payment, but received no response after it was handed over to the influencer.

Several viewers also apologized to Rukavina and offered her advice.

“OMG I have to apologize because I really believed everything that designer said and I saw you as a villain. I’m so sorry!” said one user.

While another added: “I’m so sorry this happened to you. Ugh. I literally believed her and her recipes. I hope you were able to enjoy your wedding and honeymoon. Your last minute dress still looked amazing.”

One user also praised Rukavina, writing: “Girl what? I’m so sorry. I totally believed her when I saw that video. You handled this with so much class, I really hope you get a resolution you’re happy with.”
