A GP who specializes in the insertion and removal of contraceptives has not been guilty of sexually touching three patients.

Andrew Lin appeared in Waverley Local Court in eastern Sydney on Tuesday charged with three counts of sexual touching and two of ordinary assault.

The 36-year-old pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Three women have Dr. Lin accused of violating them during an appointment made at the MyHealth clinic in Bondi Junction, where he worked for just seven months.

An alleged victim claims that Dr. Lin placed his left hand on her right breast on March 1, 2021 during a consultation.

The woman eventually filed a police report, claiming she had been touched inappropriately.

Further investigation led police to two more women, both with similar charges.

A second woman claimed that six weeks earlier, on January 18, Dr. Lin touched her right breast unnecessarily.

The next day, Dr. Lin is accused of squeezing both of a woman’s nipples between three of his fingers.

Dr Lin volunteered to present at Waverley Police Station on 17 May.

He was charged with one count of sexual touching and one count of habitual assault in relation to the first woman who turned him in.

Police have also filed three other charges – two of sexual touching in connection with the other two complaints and a third for habitual assault related to an incident between 9am and 5.30pm on February 22, also at the clinic.

The 36-year-old from Chatswood was given conditional bail that was extended until at least August 3, when he next faces court.

His bail conditions require that he remain at his address in Chatswood and must not stalk, harass or intimidate.

dr. Lin only started working at the medical center in October 2020 and has been praised for his specialization in the insertion and removal of Implanon contraceptives.

He also focuses on minor skin procedures and has a particular interest in chronic disease management, skin cancer checkups, children’s health, mental health and work coverage.
