A distraught Los Angeles mother has filed a child abuse report against a daycare after CCTV footage showed her toddler allegedly pinned to the floor.
Footage from the moment shows a Kinder Kids Christian Preschool employee grabbing the four-year-old boy by the arms and lifting him off the ground.
The child can be seen resisting, but the daycare worker appears to continue twisting the child in the video.
After a brief struggle between the child and the adult, the child can be seen lying on his back as the unidentified employee kneels over him and holds him by the arms.

The young man’s mother, Brie’ann Battle, filed an abuse report with the Los Angeles Police Department after seeing bruises on her son’s body.
According to Battle, the boy told him about the incident and detailed how the employee forcibly restrained him after he did not comply with his orders.

The young man’s mother, Brie’ann Battle, ended up filing an abuse report with the Los Angeles Police Department after seeing bruises on her son’s body.
‘I’m furious. I’m furious. I’m frustrated. “He threw my baby by the shoulders,” Battle said.
The upset mother told him KTLA: ‘I was being attacked. And his mother was nowhere to be found.
‘She grabs him by both shoulders. She could have torn his rotator cuffs and then proceeded to hold him vertically for about 10 seconds. She rests her head on the table. He puts her body weight on him. She is twisting his arms.
“She was fighting for her life. At that point, you have someone holding you upside down, restraining you. She was telling him she was going to teach him a lesson.
‘I’m furious. I’m furious. I’m frustrated. “She threw my baby by the shoulders,” he further said. ABC.
Battle also alleged that the CCTV footage only shows part of what happened and that the actual incident was much longer.
He also took his son out of preschool and said he will continue to “fight for justice.”
‘I’m going to fight for my baby. (The daycare worker) will be brought to justice, I will take care of that,’ Battle stated.
