David Beckham showed off his toned physique as he posed shirtless for a sexy Instagram photo at the gym on Sunday.
The former footballer, 48, showed off his six-pack abs and tattoos in a pair of navy blue sports shorts and kept comfortable in a pair of bright green trainers.
David looked away from the camera as he thanked his wife Victoria, 50, for being his ‘lighting technician’ as he posed up a storm in the superstar couple’s dimly lit private gym.
He wrote: ‘There’s nothing better than a bit of soft lighting. Thanks to my lighting technician @victoriabeckham with a little help from @mrbobbyrich’.

David had previously given a glimpse into his grueling workouts, sharing a video last month of himself performing shirtless hanging knee curls.
Clad only in a pair of red shorts and matching sneakers, the athlete left his ripped physique on full display.
He also allowed his fans to see his extensive ink collection, with more than 60 tattoos on his arms, legs, neck, back and torso.
He demonstrated how he manages to maintain his chiseled abs and bulging biceps, while effortlessly lifting his knees working his abs in the impressive clip.
However, David was less concerned with her display of physical prowess and endurance than with her hair.
Captioning the video, he jokingly criticized his personal trainer, Bobby Rich, writing, “Your knee is up to your chest,” shut up Bob @mrbobbyrich, “he’s got a mess that’s more important right now.”
