She explained: ‘My fiancé and I bought a house together at the beginning of November. We love the house. I love the neighborhood. I love the location.
‘We haven’t been able to move in yet because we are remodeling some things.
‘Today while we were there I opened my phone’s WiFi and the first one that came up (i.e. the closest signal) was called “my ex’s wife’s name and my ex’s name” and my jaw hit the floor.
‘What are the chances that there is another couple with those names and that same spelling? Pretty thin.
The woman then noted that she turned to Google to confirm her hunch.
“I asked Google where my ex lives and sure enough, it was an address on the street right behind ours,” she continued.
‘I looked at the satellite view and sure enough, it’s the house right behind ours.
‘We share a rock wall. The houses are staggered so we can see your backyard, which I hope means you don’t have a good view of our house. I would like to keep my ex from finding out about this for as long as possible.
