Beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan has emerged in Sydney's eastern suburbs amid her mysterious court battle with billionaire businessman Richard White.

Beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan has come out of hiding in Sydney’s eastern suburbs amid her mysterious court battle with billionaire businessman Richard White, who recently became a father again at the age of 69.

Sources close to the tech mogul confirmed that he and his girlfriend Zena Nasser, a former criminal defense attorney, welcomed a daughter named Jasmine through a surrogate in July.

Rogan, who owns a laser clinic in Double Bay, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, is embroiled in a legal dispute with White, the founder of WiseTech Global, who is worth an estimated $9.7 billion.

The mother-of-three, 55, faced Mr White in the Federal Court on Wednesday when an application for a suppression order was heard.

The reason for the dispute, which has led to bankruptcy proceedings against Rogan, remains unclear, but White’s lawyers argue that key documents in the matter should be suppressed.

The bankruptcy proceedings come after a lengthy local court case between the two that began last year and appears to be related to a fight over $90,000 worth of luxury furniture purchased for a $13.1 million mansion in the port of Vaucluse.

Rogan alleged that White secretly purchased the mansion for her and her children at an auction in September 2022 and then ordered her to purchase furniture for the home.

Sources close to Rogan said White’s girlfriend was “furious” after discovering that her relationship with Rogan was at times sexual.

According to allegations contained in court documents, Ms Rogan was locked out of the Vaucluse mansion two months later.

The property was sold at a loss four months after it was purchased for $11.5 million.

In February of last year there was “a hasty sale” of the mansion at “a significant loss,” Rogan said, according to court documents.

But by then, Ms. Rogan alleges, she had paid more than $91,000 for furniture, including a $10,200 mattress, for which Mr. White did not reimburse her.

Ms Rogan alleges she was present when Mr White signed documents to form a company that would purchase the Vaucluse property.

“Mr. Richard White wanted to conceal his identity” regarding the purchase of the property, Ms. Rogan alleges, according to court documents.

‘Immediately after the auction, Richard White instructed me to order furniture for the property. “I went to furniture stores and placed orders,” he added.

‘I spent 6 weeks selecting and ordering furniture. (In November 2022) Richard White ordered his lawyer… to lock me out of the house.’

‘Richard White has not responded to a single letter or communication to resolve this matter and has left me out of pocket $91,474.20 for the furniture I ordered based on his promises.’

The Vaucluse house was purchased in September 2022 for $13.1 million and sold at a loss in February 2023.

White has denied Rogan’s allegations about their relationship, the house and the furniture.

“I intend to defend the lawsuit as I never reached an agreement with the plaintiff (Ms. Rogan) over the furniture… and never directed her to purchase the furniture or engage the design services,” Mr. White said , according to court documents.

While Rogan has no shortage of male admirers (she has almost 15,000 followers on Instagram), she is married to the mysterious Israeli Gil Sartena, a stock trader.

Ms Rogan was at one point a favorite to join The Real Housewives of Sydney and is understood to be a popular regular at Easts rugby club in Rose Bay.

White started his business WiseTech in 1994 to write code for Australian shippers. The ASX-listed company now offers productivity solutions to logistics companies.

WiseTech Global went public in 2016 with a valuation of $1 billion. It is now worth more than $20 billion.

However, it is White’s partner, Nasser, who is known for making headlines.

On Thursday she was seen pounding the pavement in a series of animated phone calls.
