Vogue’s Williams slammed body critics and praised the toned body of husband Spencer Matthews on Saturday, who recently completed 30 desert marathons in 30 days.
The 38-year-old Irish Vogue model has spoken out about the cruel comments she receives about her weight.
She and Spencer, 36, who tied the knot in 2018 and share son Theo, six, daughter Gigi, three, and son Otto, two, are both very active and sport six-pack abs.
Vogue said The sun: ‘There are some real bad eggs in the world. I don’t give a damn what people say about my body because, you know what? I feel very fit and very healthy. Once you get to 30, you feel more comfortable in your own skin.
She continued: ‘I’ve been the same weight for a long time and my body shape never changes drastically. I thought I’d have Victoria’s Secret legs by now, but I don’t! I always wished I had super skinny, small legs but mine will never be like that, it just doesn’t suit my body shape. I have stronger legs and I’m happy with that now.’

Vogue added: “I feel very fit and very healthy. Once you hit 30, you feel more comfortable in your own skin.”
Vogue said of Spencer: “He looks great. He’s in phenomenal shape. Can I be honest with you? I’ve never dated a guy with his[new]body type and his body looks absolutely incredible, but I would like him even if he didn’t have it. But you have to give him credit, no one is happier with his body than him.”
In 2023, Vogue declared that “people are not nice anymore” when she spoke out again about the harassment she received after modelling swimwear for M&S.
Vogue fans branded her “too skinny” after she modeled a black swimsuit and a tiny blue bikini during the getaway.
Talking with The sun She said: ‘I would never in a million years say anything negative to anyone online because I don’t know them.
“People are not nice. We went through a stage where everyone wanted to be nice to each other, but now they’re not.”
She went on to say that she can’t please everyone and regularly receives nasty comments about being too fat and too thin.
She admits: “My weight doesn’t fluctuate much. I don’t diet, but I train a lot.”
