West Brom attacker Charlie Austin has been on a filthy Twitter mess – a Southampton fan calls a cheeky c *** and accuses the Saints collective of being s *** fans after tweeting about the negative effects of social media .
The former Southampton striker later deleted his tweets after his x-rated comments on Twitter, but only after he had seriously criticized Premier League-side fans.
The Baggies striker, who moved from Southampton to the club in the summer for a two-year deal, was an unused substitute in West Brom’s 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

The West Brom striker later removed his tweets after cursing when answering two Saints fans
But quote tweets from a message about social media that are becoming an ever-increasing curse, Austin wrote: “Couldn’t agree anymore, it’s a joke, gives people and businesses a platform to say what they want without remorse. .. think before you speak / tweet / post ‘.
Some fans hated what Austin had tweeted, with a Southampton fan replying to Austin: “It’s hard to get behind a striker who couldn’t run for five minutes without puffing and chuffing Chaz!
“Big mouth for a man who accelerates slower than a 50-ton truck on an icy slope. Blame the club for paying your wages and supporting your children instead of yourself. WHAT A ROLE MODEL ‘- followed by a smiling emoji and a’ middle finger ‘hand sign.
Austin responded to the tweet from the fan with similar contempt and said, “Oh, they didn’t support my children, cheeky c ***, I support my family, so relax your comments about them! Shoot them at me, but not at them !! I’m all for fan / player banter but your fan base is s *** ‘.
Similar sentiments were then given by the 30-year-old when another Saints fanatic tweeted his original message with the words: “I didn’t think you had insulted our entire fan base and club, but it did chazza #Saintsfc.”
The attacker showed no signs of stopping, responded to the message by saying, “You are damn fans, you don’t sing to get behind the team, only when they score, never when they need a boost.”
Austin has publicly beaten on others after his sensational outburst after Southampton’s 1-1 draw with Watford in November 2018, when his goal was erroneously excluded for offside.
Maya Yoshida was sidelined by referee Simon Hooper, who did not see the ball hit Austin twice.
The 29-year-old smoking at the time said: ‘It’s ridiculous. We scored a perfectly good goal that was excluded from offside.
Austin was rather controversial after his anger against referees in November 2018
“The officials have cost us two points. They said it was offside, that’s a joke.
“Of course there are many positive points, we worked hard, we would have earned three points and we would have received that if we had not been abandoned by the civil servant.
“We were not beaten, but we should have got away with three points for the international break.
“The execution was there, we can take that away and we have to manage the game. I am angry it is, we should have won 2-0. “
Austin spent three years at St Mary’s and scored a total of 20 goals for the south coast club
