Laura, 31, who runs the Keep it Cleaner brand with Steph Claire Smith, recently told her followers that she starts each day by getting up at 6.45am and then meditating.

He also revealed that he starts work at 8.30am with several meetings before heading to healthy fast food chain Fishbowl for lunch.

She spends 10 hours a day in meetings and planning, before taking the train home at 7 pm to have dinner with her husband Dalton.

But one task he listed caught attention.

The popular media personality said that he drinks a glass of water at 6:55 am sharp.

An influencer watchdog posted her diary on her Instagram Story, asking why Laura decided to share this strange information.

‘Why did you put it on your agenda? You mean it was the only glass of water he drank all day?’ they asked.

Laura once surprised her fans when she admitted that she only washes her bra once a month.

“How often should I wash my bra because I don’t really wash it?” she said on the Keep It Cleaner podcast in December.

Then he added: “The longer the life of the bra, the less you wash it.”

Clearly unimpressed with his dirty confession, Steph flatly stated that she washes her own bra “every two or three wears.”

Trying to justify herself, Laura insisted that her bra ‘doesn’t smell’.

Fans of the duo spoke out in the comments section of Instagram by revealing how often they wash their own underwear.

“I wash mine every time I use it just because I’m too lazy to put it back in the drawer,” one admitted.

Another listener confessed: “I’ve been wearing the same bra for about a year and I’ve washed it about 3 times.”
