The wellness influencer, 31, took to her Stories to share a photo of herself from 13 years ago at the age of 18, along with a recent smiling selfie with her workout gear.
In the snap, she looked strikingly different with long platinum blonde locks, compared to her now recognizable brunette look.
Laura humorously reflected on her teenage years in Melbourne in an accompanying caption.
‘Hehehe, I just received this Facebook memory from 13 years ago: DEAD. “Me now vs. me when I was 18,” she wrote.

“Also, for anyone who grew up in Melbourne, room 680 on Thursdays was the GOAT,” before clarifying that he was actually referring to Tuesday nights.

She heads to healthy fast food chain Fishbowl for lunch and spends a total of 10 hours a day in meetings, before taking the train home at 7pm for dinner with her husband Dalton.

It’s not the first mega-brand deal the longtime friends have struck, as Laura has partnered with brands like Jaggad and Bumble in the past.
Laura and Steph have created a multi-million dollar empire with their brand KIC and their podcast, where they regularly talk about body positivity and health.
The couple recently opened up about how difficult it is to keep exercise and weight loss goals as New Year’s resolutions.

Steph said less than 10 percent of people achieve them and encouraged listeners to take small, manageable steps toward their goals.
‘Many of these challenges are based on a mentality of achieving more. It’s about establishing habits that you can maintain,” he explained.
She added that people needed to be kinder to themselves and allow themselves some leeway when it comes to challenges like losing weight in the new year.
