A motorcyclist has died after colliding with an SUV in Brisbane.
The 20-year-old man driving a Kawasaki collided with a Jeep Cherokee driven by a 31-year-old man at an intersection in Wavell Heights, in the city’s north, around 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
Paramedics attended the scene, but unfortunately the cyclist died before he could be transported to hospital.
The occupants of the vehicle did not have to be evaluated by paramedics.
The Queensland Police Forensic Accident Unit is investigating the incident.
Police have appealed for anyone who was in the area, at the intersection of Edinburgh Castle Rd and Shaw Rd, witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to contact them.
