New York Knicks star Josh Hart let TNT analyst Reggie Miller know how the crowd at Madison Square Garden felt about the Pacers legend.
Miller, who had some memorable postseason performances against the orange and blue during his days in Indiana, returned to the Garden as a commentator for Game 2 of the Knicks-Pacers series on Wednesday.
As the Knicks cruised to a 130-121 victory at home, the final minutes of the game were set to music by the New York crowd chanting “fuck you, Reggie.” With 22 seconds left in the fourth period, Hart approached Miller at the announcers’ table.
“I think they said ‘fuck you,'” Hart told the Pacers legend, who was captured on his headphones during the TNT broadcast. “I don’t know if you heard it.”
Miller pointed to the Villanova product and smiled as Hart walked onto the court after the fun interaction.
