The star of Sydney's Crazy Rich Asians even offers his customers a secret 'celebrity menu' or A-listers available for private performances and meet-and-greets.
Karim's 'little black book' includes some of the world's biggest stars, including Madonna and Rihanna, but they don't come cheap.

"We love arranging celebrity experiences for our clients," said Karim, who has hosted the likes of Prince, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie during their visits to Sydney.
"There are major stars – A-list celebrities – who wants small meet-and-greets, a lunch, dinner or private performance if the price is right."
While he couldn't give specific details, Karim said the likes of Christina Aguilera and Madonna can charge $ 1million for a few hours of their time.

On Sunday, Karim surprised The Project panel by revealing Kylie Minogue's jaw-dropping personal appearance fee.
Karim explained that his company, a concierge service that caters to Sydney's rich and famous, often organizes celebrity meet-and-greets.
"We do plenty of those," he said, prompting The Project host Lisa Wilkinson to ask, "I want to know who goes for a million?"

Karim went on to acknowledge that prices vary depending on the profile of the celebrity.
