Russia bombed the center of the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv with a missile, which destroyed many buildings, leaving a large hole in a road.
“There are no military targets here, there are schools, residential buildings and offices,” said the mayor of Ukraine’s second largest city, Igor Terekhov. “This is the center of the city.”
There were no reports of any casualties.
