Ali Krieger is officially off the market.
The USWNT star revealed she is in a relationship with a “wonderful” person nearly a year after her high-profile divorce from former teammate Ashlyn Harris.
During an appearance on the She Pivots podcast on Wednesday, Krieger confirmed that she is dating someone new.
“I’m dating a wonderful person right now, who I really, really like. I’m so grateful that we met,” the 39-year-old said.
She went on to explain that she needed to “grieve” the breakup of her marriage to Harris before jumping into another relationship.

Harris and Krieger share custody of their two young children, Sloane and Ocean.
“It’s given me time since (Ashlyn) left to really focus on football and finish my career, but then heal my wounds and lick them, so to speak,” he said.
“I think now, after eight or nine months, I’ve had time to cry and sort out all those feelings.”
The athlete, who married Harris in 2019, has custody of Sloane, 3, and Ocean, 2, with her ex.
She explained that she was “willing to fight” to make their relationship work, however, Harris quickly moved on with One Tree Hill actress Sophia Bush.
“I really loved what we had. And I loved her and our kids,” Krieger added.
This came a week after his ex-wife called their divorce “one of the most difficult seasons” of her life.
She also addressed the cyberbullying she and her children have faced in the wake of her marriage breakup and subsequent affair with Bush.
The football legend said he took “time to grieve and sort out all those feelings.”
Meanwhile, Harris said her romance with Sophia Bush had led her into “the most difficult season” of her life.
She filed for divorce from Krieger in 2023 after four years of marriage.
“I’m going through a divorce which has been really difficult,” the 38-year-old said at a Women’s Health event last week.
“I can’t control other people’s reactions. I can’t control other people’s opinions of me. I have to own myself and my body, be present and be human,” she continued.
“My storm doesn’t have to be theirs. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through: dealing with a divorce with two very young children and not letting them see or feel my storm and my rain,” she explained.
Their split became public in September 2023 when Harris filed for divorce and quickly moved on with the John Tucker Must Die actress.
During the panel earlier this week, she credited the One Tree Hill actress for helping her manage her mental health issues.
“I tell Sophia this a lot: If I’m going into a fire, I have to be equipped for that fire. I have to get my fire suit, my tools, my oxygen mask, my water hose,” she said.
“I’m kicking down that door and looking for a way out. It may not be an easy window, it may be a back door, it may be climbing on a roof, but I’m prepared to handle the process.”
