Abdulmanap wanted to face his son against Georges St-Pierre, arguably the best fighter to compete in the UFC, before finishing his career, and there remains a strong appetite among fans to see that fight take place.
And Khabib’s team has announced that the 31-year-old will hold a press conference next week in Moscow, Russia, to discuss plans for the future.
“Khabib will hold a meeting with the media on December 2, where anyone can ask their questions about new projects that have been and will be announced,” the team announced on Instagram.

The Dagestani has been promoting new projects, such as his new cellular network, since retirement, but most fans will hope the UFC star will answer questions about his retirement plans.
It comes after Nurmagomedov posted a cryptic image to Instagram earlier this week that poured even more fuel on the flames of comeback talk. Khabib posted a photo of himself and White and wrote: ‘See you soon’.
