Tyson Fury has vowed to put £100,000 on his brother Tommy to beat YouTuber’s boxer Jake Paul on August 6.

Junior Fury and Paul’s highly anticipated match was finally confirmed on Thursday and Tommy’s brother Tyson expects him to convincingly beat the YouTuber.

The original date was postponed after Fury withdrew through injury, citing a chest infection and a broken rib.

In the wake of the fight confirmation, heavyweight titan Fury said he will “put his money where his mouth is” to support his younger half-brother to beat Paul, but added that Fury Jr. has no right to a fighter if he can’t beat the YouTuber.

He told iFLTV, ‘I support Tommy and I will put my money where my mouth is. I have 100,000 pounds with someone.

“I’ll put it on Tommy and that’s it, that’s how I feel about it. If Tommy Fury can’t beat Jake Paul, he has a right not to be a fighter.”

He added: “I think Tommy will knock him out and he needs to believe in himself and go out there and put on a show. He must enjoy it because he gets a lot of money to fight against a man who has not fought a real boxer.

“I don’t think they have anything to lose. He’s had eight fights and he gets paid a lot of money and Jake Paul has never fought a real boxer.

“Let’s just say Tommy will get millions of pounds for nothing if he loses because he would never have won a title in England if he couldn’t beat Jake Paul.”

Fury was optimistic about the coming of his fight with Paul, stating that Paul’s brothers’ boxing charade was about to come to an end.

“The Paul brothers’ boxing charade is about to end once and for all,” Fury said.

‘I’m a boxer. My opponent plays boxing. Jake Paul is dressed up to look like a boxer against retirees from other sports. On August 6, I’ll show the world he doesn’t belong in the ring.”

Thanks to my promoter Frank Warren, Most Valuable Promotions and Showtime for silencing Jake Paul for good. Looking forward to headline Madison Square Garden and take out this clown,” he added.
