One man was killed and another wounded when a shooter opened fire on a crowd outside a Bronx nightclub early Sunday morning, police said.
The victims were huddled outside Casa Bella Hall on E. 187th St. near Hughes Ave. in Belmont when the shooter fired about five shots around 1:45 am, police said.
A 21-year-old man was hit in the chest while a 22-year-old man was hit in the buttocks by an explosion. Both managed to run around the corner before collapsing on Hughes Ave., police said.
Medics took both men to St. Barnabas Hospital, but the younger victim could not be saved. The older victim is in stable condition.
The shooter has not been caught.
