Chris sang: “Here’s another legendary Michael, one who’s just plain cool, with his Chuck Berry pompadour and the way he beat up Biff (the villain from Back to the Future), ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Michael J. Fox.”
The actor, who is an avid musician, was first diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson’s when he was just 30 years old in 1991, before revealing the news publicly in 1998.
Two years after going public with his diagnosis, Fox created the Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2000.
