Donna Mills has been able to maintain her youthful appearance after six decades in Hollywood.
The hot blonde who reigned on magazine and television covers in the 1980s proved once again that she is in top shape.
The 83-year-old actress was spotted running errands at popular discount chain Ross Dress For Less in Los Angeles earlier this week.
The Knot’s Landing actress wore a blue sweater and well-fitting blue jeans that highlighted her slender figure. Added red sneakers.
She wore her hair in soft waves in a gentle bob with a pin holding some of her strands back while she was heavily made up.
The star also looked incredible at The Six Triple Eight LA Tastemaker event in West Hollywood on December 5.

The star took a break from work in the 1990s to raise her daughter, but has returned to acting.
He was on the show Ladies Of The ’80s with Linda Gray, Loni Anderson, Nicollette Sheridan and Morgan Fairchild.
Last year the actress said first for women what are some of her tricks to maintain her Hollywood shape.
The beauty noted that carbs are out, so no to muffins and cinnamon rolls.
“I love bread, I love dessert, I love ice cream and all that stuff, but carbs make me gain weight, so I try to avoid them,” Mills began. “As a dancer, eating protein was the way I had to eat.”
But she’s found a way to enjoy some sweets: “I found a great Keto book and started making some low-sugar and sugar-free desserts and they’re delicious.”

She also shared what she prepares for dinner herself.
“I also make spaghetti squash instead of pasta,” Donna noted.
‘I make my own with fresh pumpkin, but you can buy it ready-made. I sauté some garlic and butter and then top with some parmesan cheese. It is divine and satisfying.”
Mills also shared what he does when he’s sleepy in the afternoon.
‘At around 4 in the afternoon I feel sleepy, suddenly I yawn. “I don’t like to drink coffee at that time because I can’t sleep at night, so I go outside and take a quick walk even if it’s just for 10 minutes,” the pin-up said.

“It wakes me up and refreshes me.”
And drink water instead of soda.
“Staying hydrated is also important for energy. I never realized this before. I could go all day without drinking water, but I started to realize that’s not good for me,” Mills said.
“Now I drink about two big bottles a day. I like to put a little lemon in the water to give it a little flavor or, when I exercise, I add an electrolyte additive.”
In October 2023 she said AARP – The Magazine how she stays young.
“At 60, 70 or older, you have a lot more to contribute; don’t just sit back and say, ‘I’m done,'” the screen icon shared.
And he also talked about diet.
“During the soap opera years I never ate pasta, sugar, bread, ice cream, cookies or anything like that,” Donna said.
“Now I eat, but I’m still careful,” he added. “I’m not a vegetarian, but I grow, pick and eat a lot of vegetables,” she said.
‘I also play tennis three times a week and exercise with light weights. Like almost everyone my age, I have arthritis and let me tell you, it hurts sometimes.’

The Emmy winner also appeared in the Jordan Peele thriller Nope and stars in a Lifetime film series, VC Andrews Dawn Cutler Series, premiering in 2023.
Mills became a first-time mother at the age of 54 when she adopted her daughter Chloe in 1994.
“I was single, 54 years old, and I really wanted to be a mother,” the star said.
‘It was not a difficult decision to make. So I stopped working for many years while Chloe (now 28, a model and Soho House executive) was at school, and it was exactly the right thing to do.’
Romance came later, he said.
‘I met (actor and producer) Larry Gilman when I was 60. I was lucky. Before him, I preferred the bad boys. But when I met him, I knew I was going for the guy who wasn’t bad,” he said.
The star said she also stays in touch with her Knot’s Landing co-stars.
‘Joan Van Ark and Michele Lee are still close friends 40 years after we starred in Knots Landing. We even meet for the fans. And some show up with that dramatic eye makeup like my character, Abby!’
She shared that playing the villain in Knot’s Landing cost her her friends.

She played the scheming Abby Fairgate on the Dallas spin-off Knots Landing from 1980 to 1989.
“Back in the Knots Landing days, a lot of women were very distant to me in real life. I couldn’t understand why. Then I realized it was my character. ‘They thought I was going to take their husband!’
As for his future, he wants to work more.
‘I’m in my third act and I was recently cast in a new film as a vicious, sadistic grandmother. And that’s what I really want next, a whole series, like Succession, which I love, where I can be evil to my heart’s content!’ she said.

During the interview with People, the Chicago native also shared some of her tips for maintaining her ageless beauty.
“I normally exercise every day,” the octogenarian said. “Having been a dancer, I have my ballet barre in a small gym upstairs and I just got a Peloton for my birthday.”
He added: “I do weight training and a lot of stretching.”
Regarding her diet, Donna explained: ‘I’ve always eaten healthily. I don’t eat sugar. I don’t eat pasta. I don’t make starches.’
He continued: ‘I eat mainly protein and vegetables. I love the vegetables I grow: kale, arugula, and tomatoes. My greatest pleasure in life is eating it straight from the branch. I’m not a good cook. The only good thing I make is cheesecake.
Donna told People: ‘For skincare, the main thing is to stay out of the damn sun! It makes a big difference. And someone asked me, ‘Why don’t you get (cosmetic enhancements)’? No, because I’m not going to look like a duck. “I’d rather have lines than a duckbill.”
