Usually I report the news.
Last week I became one.
It was no surprise that my recent investigation into a secretive Biden administration program that authorizes 320,000 migrants to fly from foreign countries directly to US airports set off alarm bells.
This unprecedented mass migration operation – bypassing established legal procedures and happening out of the public eye – raised serious concerns.
What was also not at all shocking was the reaction of the partisan media, which rushed to undermine my reporting and cast me as a conspiracy theorist.
Let me be clear, my work stands – and it is the mainstream media that has something to answer for.
I’ve been writing about these shadowy migrant flights for months, but mainstream journalists only took notice after Elon Musk and President Donald Trump referenced my reporting last week.
Among other things, Musk expressed concern that Biden ‘creates a national security threat from unsupervised illegal immigrants’.
Trump was fooled. In his Super Tuesday victory speech, the former president said migrants were ‘flown in from parts unknown… not through borders… It was unbelievable. I said it must be a mistake.’
While I do not agree with all of Trump’s or Musk’s characterizations of my report, their remarks should not be dismissed lightly, and their comments certainly do not undermine the underlying report.
Yet that is exactly what many in the media, including the Associated Press and CNN, have sought to do.
It was no surprise that my recent investigation into a secretive Biden administration program that authorizes 320,000 migrants to pay for their own tickets and fly from foreign countries directly to US airports set off alarm bells.

Here are the undisputed facts:
From late 2022 to December 2023, the Biden administration approved travel applications for more than 320,000, mostly Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans, to purchase their own tickets and fly directly to US airports for expedited release into the country with two-year work permits .
Since the program started, five more nationalities have become eligible to participate.
The president operates under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which allows him to admit a few special cases of emergency migrants, “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
It is public information.
But almost everything else about this program is shrouded in secrecy.
The administration has actually been so sneaky that in March 2023 The Center for Immigration Studies sued them for basic details such as where these migrants arrive in the United States and which foreign airports they depart from.
Wouldn’t Democratic mayors, in places like Chicago and New York, like to know that it is Biden, not Texas Governor Gregg Abbott, who is flooding their cities with migrants.
And what’s more, the president could end their crises with a phone call?
Last week, the administration finally responded to our lawsuit—informing us that they would not provide the requested information because they feared that “bad actors” would try to exclude security vulnerabilities created by this very program.
This is real news. But CNN wasn’t interested.
Instead, their reporter tried to discredit my investigation and declared the Biden operation ‘not secretive’.
Among other things, Musk expressed concern that Biden ‘creates a national security threat from unsupervised illegal immigrants’.
In his Super Tuesday victory speech, Trump said migrants were ‘flown in from parts unknown… not going through borders… It was unbelievable. I said it must be a mistake.’
That claim is absurd in its own way.
CNN’s so-called ‘fact check’ went on to parrot a Biden administration claim that these migrants are being ‘thoroughly vetted’.
It is also absurd.
Exactly how do you screen individuals from Venezuela and Cuba, two nations hostile to the United States and unwilling to share intelligence?
Nicaragua’s communist ruler Daniel Ortega is a well-established, vicious America-hater.
Haiti is a failed state where gangs rule the streets and whose unelected prime minister has now resigned.
There is no real investigation going on. But the media face plant did not end there.
An AP article headlined: ‘Fact Focus: Claims Biden Administration Secretly Flying Migrants Into Country Are Unsubstantiated’ accused Trump of ‘(promoting) false information that had gone viral on social media…’
There is nothing “fake” about my reporting.
Where is CNN, AP and the rest of the mainstream media demanding answers from my side?
They are too busy trying to confuse the public and cast shadows on my reports, even now that the government is admitting that airport security is compromised.
In any case, I am not entirely alone in this investigation of the public interest.
Twenty-three House Republicans wrote to the administration late last week urging it to ‘immediately end’ the parole program and provide more information about its opaque processes and potential threats to US national security.

And now, in an exclusive statement to DailyMail.com, House Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green is also raising pressing concerns.
“This program is not only illegal, it is foolish,” he writes. “Allowing 30,000 minimally vetted, otherwise inadmissible aliens into our country each month via this program serves no public purpose and is completely contrary to the clear text of the INA…”
The media should be asking: why such naked tricks by this administration?
The answer is clear.
Biden does not want the American public to know how many migrants have entered the United States on his watch – in ways both seen and unseen.

Well, I do. Here is the truth.
Customs and Border Protection admits that 7.3 million illegal immigrants crossed the border illegally from January 2021 to December 2023.
That’s the number the mainstream media usually reports, but it reflects just a tiny bit of the actual scale of the crisis—and that’s by design.
To get a real accounting, add to this number at least 2 million “runaways” – the approximate number of illegal immigrants who entered the country undetected.
Add to that another 320,000 from half a dozen nations who were welcomed to America through the Biden parole program.
And add another 420,000 immigrants who entered the US through land ports – in yet another scheme looks like the secretive flight operation.
The final figure is 10.5 million.
To put that gigantic figure into perspective, if all the migrants who entered the US since Biden’s inauguration created their own state – it would be the 10th largest behind North Carolina and ahead of Michigan.
That’s why this reporting is important—and that’s why attempts to dismiss it as exaggeration or ‘fake’ information do journalism and the American public a disservice.
