Dominic Purcell was spotted spending a day at the beach alone amid accusations that Tish Cyrus had “stolen” him from her daughter Noah Cyrus.
Dysfunctional family drama seemed to be weighing on the Prison Break actor, 54, as he tried to escape it all with a surf session in Malibu on Wednesday.
He was later seen lying on the beach, lying on the sand in a spread eagle position and simply looking up at the sky.
This comes shortly after Miley Cyrus’ younger sister Noah, 24, was accused by family members of “fabricating” a fake relationship with Dominic in an exclusive report by DailyMail.com.
Sources said the singer, who was said to have been “seeing” the actor when her now estranged mother, 56, began pursuing him, was trying to “portray herself as the victim” in their ongoing family feud.

Amid the drama, Dominic took some time to relax during a solo daytime outing on Wednesday.
He was seen parking his gray van and unloading his surfboard.
He was seen wearing an all-black suit and walking barefoot before waxing his board and preparing to catch the waves.
After surfing, he was seen walking along the shore of the beach and keeping his head down.
This comes after a bombshell Us weekly A report was published with sources claiming that Tish had “stolen” Dominic from their estranged daughter Noah.
Just days before the allegations, the actor had shared a loving photo of him and his wife on Instagram and revealed how she helped him “calm his head.”
And the day before Dominic’s surf session, Noah broke his social media silence with a bizarre workout video, still not addressing the drama.
A source claimed that “Noah was (seeing) Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,” which Tish “was aware of” when she started contacting the star.
They saw him carrying his board and walking barefoot towards the shore.
He was later seen lying on the beach, lying on the sand in a spread eagle position and looking up at the sky.
He was wearing a completely black suit.
The handsome actor was alone while trying to relax on the beach.
He had several surfboards in his truck and was seen taking one out to prepare it for the waves.
Tish and Dominic were married in August 2023 with all of their children present except daughter Noah and son Braison.
They celebrated their wedding at Miley’s Malibu mansion without Tish’s two estranged children, who an Us Weekly source says were actually purposely not invited.
“The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes a lot deeper (than people think),” the source said. “Noah is very distraught because Tish stole Dominic.”
TIsh previously recalled that the Australian actress sent him direct messages after splitting from her ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus.
Earlier this month, Tish appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast and opened up about her relationship with Dominic and included details about their first date.
She explained that he had initially approached her in 2016 in an Instagram message, to which she did not respond for an entire year.
“I followed him on Instagram and he texted me and just said, ‘Hey Tish, I just wanted to (say), I think you’re super cool and… you’re doing a great job with your family.'” (But) I didn’t see him for a year.’
Later in 2017, Tish’s daughter Brandi noticed that Dominic had locked her account.
‘His ex had seen that he had contacted me and blocked me from his Instagram. I almost peed my pants because I thought… Why am I blocked? She doesn’t even know I exist and I’m blocked. We were laughing so hard.’
Years later, in 2022, following her split from Billy Ray, Tish reached out to Purcell and he responded quickly. The couple soon went on a date and said “I love you” to each other the next day.
After lying down on the sand, he headed to the water.
I was completely focused on catching the waves.
He showed off his skills as he balanced perfectly and caught a wave.
He was photographed riding a wave and, at one point, raised his arms to keep his balance.
Later, he was seen walking back to shore with his head down.
