Harry Clark took to Instagram on Monday to show off his impressive two-stone weight loss transformation in a before and after snap.
The Traitors winner, 23, proudly showed off his new physique as he stripped down for a mirror selfie at his gym.

He revealed that the previous photo was taken in August and at the time he weighed 100kg (15 stone 10lb), while now he weighs 85kg (13 stone 5lb).
She captioned her post with: “December 1st reminder for me (Christmas tree and Santa Claus emoji).”
‘Also, remember to always look at how far you’ve come! In the first photo I am currently sitting at around 85kg and feeling like nothing has really changed, then in the second photo I am on vacation in August at over 100kg.

He also posted several snapshots of his girlfriend Anna Maynard, sister of pop star Conor Maynard, whom he began dating in April 2022.
“People always tell me they swear I never needed to lose weight before, however the proof is in the pudding, I was a chubby bunny.”
‘It’s crazy to think it’s just the beginning, who knows where I’ll be next August. I hope everyone had a good week. I’m currently delving into the fact that this time next week I’ll be turning 24 (celebration emoji), which is crazy, but what a year it’s been 23 (love heart emoji).’
The TV star also gave a glimpse into what his life has been like over the past few months as he shared several gym mirror selfies, a slew of holiday snaps and photos of his girlfriend Anna Maynard.
Harry previously shared that he lost six pounds in just four days at the intense first-class Bootcamp he attended with Anna.
The intense, structured program had not only helped him lose weight, but also regain a sense of mental clarity that had eluded him for some time.
The Series Two winner previously spoke about his mental health struggles after finding fame on the BBC show.
The British Army engineer told the Monday Mile Podcast with Aimee Fuller, “It’s so strange, my life has been 50/50, all the time.”
‘I mean, obviously there are good and bad things about it. The bad thing is probably the four months, and that the success of the program is probably missing me a little bit.’

In one snap, Anna smiled and struck a silly pose outside the Padium Padel Club in London before a training session.
In another selfie, the TV favorite donned a casual outfit and a cool pair of glasses as he enjoyed a stroll.
“Obviously a Slough council guy, I go to these events, you finish a drink or finish a glass of Prosecco, as soon as you finish it you get another one in your hand.”
And then I’m looking around to pay the bill and there’s no one to pay. So I’ve been making the most of it for four months.’
“So I missed my training and got a little lost mentally, but I kept working and now I’m finding that balance.”
Harry won The Traitors’ £95,000 prize in January after deceiving his fellow contestants, including Faithful finalist Mollie Pierce.
He quickly became a fan favorite on the reality show hosted by Claudia Winkleman due to his warm and cheeky personality.
However, this was a far cry from how he felt in the years leading up to the show, and Harry admitted that he had previously hit rock bottom.
He said: ‘Around 21, I went through a bad time. I was in the darkest place you could ever be.
“I had the feeling of wanting to end everything. I was a pretty angry kid. But the Army shaped my characteristics and made me the man I am today.”
‘I started to face my emotions and learned to give myself time to be angry and sad. I started setting time limits for myself to process my feelings. Then I told myself that I couldn’t waste any more time getting angry or angry.

‘I realized that time is the most important thing and I didn’t want to waste it. In the military, I was that guy people talked to. All I want to do is help. “It’s a lonely world and it’s easy to be blinded by mental health.”
Reflecting on his win on The Traitors, Harry said he was still working when it aired but has since left the military.
A constant in his rise to success has been his girlfriend Anna, sister of pop star Conor Maynard, whom he began dating in April 2022.
It comes after Harry’s series The Traitors won the National Television Award for best reality competition, beating films including The Apprentice, Celebrity Big Brother, Love Island and Race Across the World.
