The Roy Morgan winners in customer satisfaction are determined by 60,000 Australians surveyed between January and December 2023.
Monthly Customer Satisfaction winners were recorded throughout the year and then annual awards were awarded to the companies with the most monthly wins.
Roy Morgan chief executive Michele Levine said the awards represented more than 280 of Australia’s best-known companies.
Michele said the data comes from real people telling Ray Morgan how they feel about the brands and companies they interact with.
“This massive study provides an accurate, independent and objective measure of how people feel about the companies they do business with,” he said.
“We ask respondents to tell us which companies they deal with in different categories and then rate their satisfaction with each of them.”
