- The mother and son live in the west of Watford and have not been seen since 4:30 PM
- They would have traveled to Northampton last night
A mother and her one-year-old son have been missing for nearly 24 hours, prompting the police to appeal.
28-year-old Madelina Arapu and Darius were last seen at West Watford at 4:30 pm yesterday.
The mother and son are said to have taken the train to Northampton last night, but have not been seen since.

Madelina has a slender build with long red hair and was last seen in a white T-shirt and dark blue pants with a floral pattern on them.
Darius, 20 months old, was wearing a white T-shirt and blue pants.
Hertfordshire police said, “Officers are increasingly concerned about the welfare of Madelina and Darius.
“If you think you are now with Madelina and Darius or have seen them lately, call 999 immediately, quoting ISR 931 dated July 24.
“If you’ve seen Madelina and Darius since they were reported missing, or have information about where they’ve been, call Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101.”
