The ‘must-have’ robot vacuum returns to Aldi Australia: ‘The best investment ever’

Aldi Australia is re-releasing a popular robot vacuum cleaner in stores from March 6 as part of the ‘Special Buys’ range.

The Ecovacs Deebot Neo robot vacuum cleaner sparked a buying frenzy in previous years and sold out in minutes.

It is expected to be a hit again and sells for $399, a low price considering alternatives on the market range between $699 and $2,150.

This convenient product can vacuum and mop at the same time, reducing the amount of time spent on housework.

Customers who bought the product last year say it is the “best investment” they have ever made and some are hoping to buy a second vacuum cleaner.

The vacuum cleaner has a run time of 110 minutes, a 420 ml dustbin, a 240 ml water tank and can be controlled via the Ecovacs Home app.

Buyers who already own the in-demand product recommended it to others on Facebook.

‘I bought this last year and I’m very happy with it. Vacuum, mop and use WiFi to map,” wrote one.

‘The best investment ever made. It gets cleaned while I’m at work. I don’t even have to scold him to get the job done! “I think I’ll buy another one for upstairs,” said another.

‘It’s a decent one. “I can’t get anything better near this price range,” wrote a third.

‘Totally agree. “We’re in year three and it’s been a great purchase,” said another.

Once launched, customers are encouraged to act quickly as stock is limited.

The vacuum cleaner is part of Aldi’s ‘Workwear & Cleaning Essentials’ range, which also includes a magnetic window cleaner ($14.99), a 3-in-1 steam mop and polisher ($99.99) and a 52-pack of tablets Dishwasher safe for $24.99.
