The controversial fitness influencer, 35, shared a post on Instagram showing her days as a model and looking very different than how she looks today.
In the photos, Sophie had a fresh and youthful face, her impressive figure on display in black lingerie.
She worked her angles in the series of photographs, which she described as a “storycard” of her “early days as a model.”
“It’s crazy to look back at where life takes you and the journey we take,” he added.

It comes after Sophie revealed on Saturday that she had disabled the direct messaging feature on her social media, after receiving a series of trolling messages.
The influencer said she had received many nasty messages following rumors she had absconded earlier this week.
‘The DMs are going away for a while, guys. If you need help, the email and link in bio are always open,” he told his fans.
He also added a telling quote: “Use your voice for kindness, your ears for compassion, your hands for charity, and your heart for love.”

The shocking posts follow rumors earlier this week that Sophie and fellow fitness trainer Nicholas White had secretly tied the knot.
Guidolin shared several Instagram photos on Thursday that showed her wearing what appeared to be a diamond ring on her ring finger; She was also seen wearing the ring in a recent YouTube video.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice this, sparking rumors that she had secretly married Nicholas just weeks after going public with their relationship.
Elsewhere on Thursday, the mother of four also shared a photo of Nicholas wearing a silver band on his ring finger while the couple visited a cafe.
Sophie also recently shared a video on YouTube in which she refers to White as her “husband” and offers to give him the “Best Husband of the Year 2024” trophy.

It follows rumors earlier this week that Sophie and fellow fitness trainer Nicholas White (left) had secretly tied the knot.
Earlier this month, Sophie confirmed that she has a new boyfriend in a cozy video she posted on social media.
Her boyfriend made his debut while she was talking about a recent visit to the hospital for breast explant surgery.
She later confirmed she was dating Gold Coast-based personal trainer Nicholas, who trains for Buffalo Tribe Programming.
Nicholas has a private Instagram account, which Sophie follows, and also gives insight into his career on Buffalo Tribe’s public business page.
According to the website, Nicholas has experience in competitive basketball, track and field, rowing and CrossFit and has been a coach for about 10 years.
In a caption alongside the video, Sophie gushed about her new relationship, which she said came when she “least expected it.”
Guidolin was previously married to famous dentist Dr. Andrew Firgaira.
