The ‘Mrs.’ of Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, can be called up by email because she ‘has disappeared from the face of the earth’, says the judge
A judge has agreed that the alleged lady of Jeffrey Epstein, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, can receive legal papers via e-mail because she “has disappeared from the face of the earth.”
Maxwell, 58, has not been seen in public since an apparently staged photo of her was shared by her lawyer in a fast food restaurant in Los Angeles last August.
Last week, the Manhattan judge, Debra Freeman, took the extraordinary step of emailing lawyers for the alleged Epstein victim Annie Farmer the papers on Maxwell because she turned out to be so elusive.

According to US law, personal judicial documents must be served to a person unless a court finds that there are “exceptional circumstances.”
Mrs. Farmer claims she was only 16 when Epstein sexually assaulted her at his New Mexico farm.
In court cases she says Maxwell has pressured her to get naked and then touched “intimate” parts of Mrs. Farmer’s body and “touched” her.

She sues Epstein’s estate for compensation. Her lawyers want to question Maxwell about the alleged attack.
Dozens of other victims have claimed that Maxwell has bought “women” for Epstein – charges that she violently denies.
Mrs. Farmer’s lawyers told about their frustration and said, “The plaintiff has tried in vain to find Maxwell and serve him personally.”
They claimed that Maxwell had “actively participated” in other lawsuits against her, even though they had disappeared from sight, including “vigorous fighting” against the release of thousands of documents from a libel case between Maxwell and the prosecutor of Prince Andrew Virginia Roberts.
A legal source close to the case said: “Maxwell seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth. It has proved impossible to find, which is extraordinary in this time when everyone has a mobile phone. Justice will prevail and we will have our day in court. “
