An incredible pad in the eastern suburbs that was once home to Sydney’s “event planner to the stars” is set to go under the hammer.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Edgecliff is owned by the late Philip Carr, who organized the weddings of PR guru Roxy Jacenko and socialite Jessica Ingham.

Built on an impressive scale, the elegant home has been listed with an eye-watering price guide of $4.1 million.

The Wentworth Mailr reports that the beautifully designed apartment still features artwork and furniture owned by South African-born Carr, who died of cancer at age 46.

The items are expected to be auctioned or passed on to family members.
