Teresa Palmer has revealed she suffered a miscarriage three months after becoming pregnant with her fifth child.
The Australian actress, 38, shared a heartbreaking video on Instagram on Friday documenting the moment she found out she was expecting another baby.
In the clip, the mother of four showed a positive pregnancy test to her family members, including her husband Mark Webber, 43.
Other moments showed Teresa showing off her growing baby bump, as well as her children kissing her stomach.
But as the video progressed, Teresa broke down crying at what appeared to be the moment she lost her baby.

‘Honored and grateful to have been able to carry this little soul, my fifth baby, in my heart and body for the past three months. Sometimes things happen in life that we just don’t understand.

Teresa shares four children with her husband Mark: Bodhi Rain, nine, Forest Sage, six, Poet Lake, four, and Prairie Moon, two.
She’s also a devoted stepmom to Mark’s 15-year-old son Isaac Love, whom he shares with his ex, SMILF actress Frankie Shaw.

The couple married in 2013, while Teresa was still pregnant with their first child.
Mark, 43, also an actor, appeared in the film Scott Pilgrim vs The World and co-starred in the Netflix animated spin-off Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
Meanwhile, on the eve of their ninth wedding anniversary in 2022, Teresa said she was with the aim of adding more children to their offspring.
The Hollywood star says she wants at least three more children and hopes to get pregnant with twins.
‘Twins run in the family. Maybe next time I’ll get two for one,” she said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
Teresa said that on their first date she told Mark that she wanted to have six children.
“He said he wanted six too,” he added. “So I’ll keep it at that number.”
Teresa said the pressures of raising five children have meant juggling the demands of a career.
“I don’t think I’ve slept well in about eight years,” he joked.
