Meanwhile, Lewis, 46, was wearing a pair of blue and yellow Balmain swim trunks with the brand’s name printed on each. He also had a chain around his neck.
The couple spent time with another couple while visiting the tropics and the mother-of-four shared a series of snaps on her Instagram.

While in St. Barts, the stars seemed to be having the time of their lives on what looked like a second honeymoon.
