Travis Kelce sent Taylor Swift fans into a frenzy with an adorable, subtle nod to his pop star girlfriend while playing golf on Wednesday.

The Kansas City Chiefs star, 34, is known for being an avid golfer and this week enjoyed a round with former NBA star Chandler Parsons.

Parsons shared a clip of Kelce lining up a shot with Swift’s song ‘Bad Blood’ playing in the background, but that wasn’t the only reference made to the tight end’s superstar girlfriend on the streets.

The Super Bowl winner kept the singer close as she arrived on the field with a sweet nod to her musical success with her outfit.

Kelce, dressed appropriately for the clubhouse in a striped polo shirt and chinos, wore a Sherwood Country Club cap containing not one, but two Swift Easter eggs.

The Super Bowl winner kept the singer close as she hit the field with a sweet reference.

Eagle-eyed Swifties quickly realized that Kelce’s hat contained the date “1989,” the year he and the singer were born and the title of her fifth album.

The date is also the year the Sherwood Country Club golf course, located in Thousand Oaks, California, was founded.

The golf course has hosted multiple professional tournaments, including Greg Norman’s former ‘Shark Shootout’ event, the first of which was held at Sherwood Country Club also, ironically, in 1989.

The Sherwood Country Club insignia, which was sewn onto the front of the cap, also features an archer, referencing the course’s history with the Robin Hood films filmed on that property in the 1920s.

But many fans were quick to point out that in this case it could be interpreted as a nod to both Swift’s song, ‘The Archer’ from her album ‘Lover,’ and Kelce’s earlier touchdown celebration.

The Easter eggs sent Swifties into a frenzy on social media as they praised the NFL icon for being a “1989 fan.”

One fan posted: ‘His hat says 1989 AND he has an archer… you can’t make these things up!’

The Sherwood Country Club cap contained the date ‘1989’ – the title of their fifth album – and a figure of an archer – the title of one of the songs on their album ‘Lover’.

“You can take Killatrav out of 1989, but you can’t take 1989 out of this man,” wrote another.

“Bad blood while playing golf and wearing a hat that says 1989. kills,” one said of the tight end.

“I never got over Stan’s 1989 accusations,” one chimed in, while others added, “you’re kidding, he’s a 1989 enthusiast” and “She’s a 1989 girl.”

Parsons blasts ‘Bad Blood’ in what appeared to be a ploy to distract the Chiefs star, but Parsons soon learned that Swift doesn’t just inspire Kelce’s athletic success on the football field.

Kelce appeared to hit a thrilling approach shot to the green and ran toward the camera using his iron as an air guitar and mouthed the words to ‘Bad Blood’ into the camera in celebration.

The Easter eggs sent Swifties into a frenzy on social media as they praised Kelce for being a ‘1989 fan.’

“@KillaTrav can’t be rattled,” Parsons wrote alongside the clip.

Last week, Kelce and Swift headed to the Bahamas in the Caribbean for a short break together.

Swift is in the middle of a two-month break between Eras Tour dates while Kelce is enjoying the NFL offseason after a magnificent Super Bowl victory with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Following his trip to the Caribbean, Kelce was photographed in Ohio last week and has since been spotted in Los Angeles, where he is believed to be spending time with Swift.
