Ronda Rousey was on the receiving end of an X-rated rant from former UFC and WWE commentator Jimmy Smith.
In a recent interview with NewsNationRousey criticized people at the UFC, including Joe Rogan, for turning on her after her dominant championship run ended in embarrassing fashion.
On Monday’s episode of her MMA-focused show ‘Unlocking the Cage’ on SiriusXM, Smith went on an explicit tirade about how staff members looked down on Rousey for her rude and bossy behavior.
“Let me tell you something,” Smith said. ‘Ronda, if you’re listening. The people behind the scenes (the camera people, the audio people, the people you can bully, intimidate, and talk down to) can’t stand your fucking ass.
‘Did I say why?’ They said, ‘She was mean to us from the moment she sat down to the moment she stood up,’ Smith continued. “It’s our fault that she has to do this interview to promote her upcoming fight, and she’s just miserable and she’s mean to us and we can’t stand her.”

Rousey recently criticized people in the UFC for turning on her after her title reign ended.
After her UFC tenure ended with two losses, Rousey joined WWE, where she remained until 2023.
Smith also opened the segment by saying that Rousey wants “all the credit and no blame” for her triumphs and failures in the octagon.
Rousey was crowned the inaugural UFC women’s bantamweight champion in 2013 after the UFC acquired the Strikeforce roster.
After six successful title defenses, Rousey suffered the first loss of her career with a head kick knockout from Holy Holm in 2015. The following year, Rousey barely accomplished anything against Amanda Nunes as she finished on her feet in 48 seconds.
Instead of trying again in the UFC, Rousey opted for the professional wrestling route and joined WWE from 2017 until last year.
“They were applauding when she came out. That’s what they told me,” Smith added. ‘Because those are the people you can be mean and rude to, and they can’t defend themselves. “Those people couldn’t stand Ronda Rousey.”
