Taylor Swift fan shares the iPhone secrets you need to know ahead of the Sydney leg of the global megastar’s Eras Tour

A Taylor Swift fan has shared some tips for filming your favorite performances on the superstar’s Eras tour.

Travel influencer Michelle González took to Instagram to share tips for getting great photos of Swift during the concert at a video now viral with more than 10 million visits.

“If you’re going to the Eras Tour, this is my top filming tip to capture the best memories and remember them,” she said in the video that shows her in the crowd at a concert.

Michelle cautioned that when filming a show like Taylor’s with a lot of lighting effects, lowering the exposure on the iPhone will result in clearer images.

‘Reduce your exposure. I learned this and it made a difference,” she said, before demonstrating how to do this on the iPhone.

To change the exposure, launch the Camera app, tap the screen to reveal the exposure settings, and then pull down on the sun symbol.

Michelle then went on to demonstrate the difference.

Previously, the camera captured an excessive amount of stage light, resulting in grainy video.

However, when he shot the scene with reduced exposure, he captured a much sharper image of Taylor and her backup dancers.

But clear images aren’t the only thing a Swiftie looking to preserve concert memories should think about.

According to Michelle, sound is also very important and there is a simple trick to make sure songs are audible on recordings.

“This is going to be difficult, don’t shout the lyrics while filming,” he suggested.

“When you look at the footage, the last thing you want is to realize that you can’t even hear Taylor because you’re screaming at the top of your lungs.”

“You can still sing at a normal volume if you hold your phone a good distance away from you, without your phone actually answering you,” the influencer added.

Swift will perform four shows in Sydney from Friday, February 23 to Monday, February 26 after performing three sold-out shows in Melbourne.
