Gulbranson, 38, confirmed the news of his own departure during an Instagram Live on Tuesday, but did not share details of why he left.

He kicked off the nearly 15-minute livestream by telling fans he wanted to “talk to the elephant in the room” after being bombarded with emails and social media posts.

“I’m not going to be at Summer House this year,” revealed the multihyphenate, who first joined the cast in the series’ fourth season in 2020.

He went on to say that he is “extremely grateful for the past three years he has been on the show” and that he will miss his Summer House co-stars, who will reunite in the Hamptons for season seven.

‘Actually, I’m really disappointed that I can’t spend the summer with them. It breaks my heart, but I know they’ll have a good time and we’ll keep in touch.’

As for the reason for his sudden departure, Gulbranson stated that he “cannot answer the “why”” and that he “will not go into details at this time.”

He did note that he “would have loved to be a part of” season seven.

Gulbranson’s fellow impersonated castmate Denver made a brief appearance during the actor’s candid Instagram Live, but remained mum about his own departure.

Grateful, “I won’t be at Summer House this year,” revealed the multihyphenate, who first joined the cast in the series’ fourth season in 2020. The 31-year-old signed for Summer House in season six following his stint with the franchise’s 2021 spin-off Winter House.

Much like his involvement with Summer House, Denver’s presence on Winter House was cut short after it was revealed he would not be returning for the show’s planned second season.

Wach, who was also a fresh addition to season six, also chose to remain silent on the matter.

Instead, the 31-year-old hunk published a cryptic Instagram post on Tuesday, declaring that he felt like life had recently “thrown a curveball right in my face.”

“At first I didn’t handle it in the best way, I locked myself up physically and emotionally. Even fitness, my passion, got in the backseat to a point where I needed all my willpower to get out of bed or leave the house,” he explained.

But “after a few weeks with a little help from a few friends,” Wach learns to take some time to think and step back, something that’s extremely difficult to do in the hustle and bustle of NYC.”

Accompanying his candid caption was a photo of Wach from last year, which he said he used as “a goal to aim for.”

Bravo’s Summer House premiered its first season on the network in 2017.

The reality show follows a group of friends who “spent their weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day in one of the most exclusive beach areas on the East Coast.

“These professionals might keep it together during the week, but once they hit the beach on the weekend, they let loose in a big way that’s exclusive to this high-end lifestyle,” the synopsis concludes.

Although Bravo has yet to announce the cast of Summer House for season seven, last season’s crew included Lindsay Hubbard, Kyle Cooke, Carl Radke, Amanda Batula, Danielle Olivera, Paige DeSorbo and Ciara Miller.

The season six reunion took place in May, with producer Andy Cohen as the facilitator/interviewer.
