Justine Lupe has revealed the behind-the-scenes secrets of Succession, including her friendships with the female stars and her childhood crush on one of her co-stars.
The actress, 33, has played Willa Ferreyra on the hit TV show for four seasons and has bonded with the cast.
Speak against The timesJustine revealed that they often get together for girls’ dinners.
She said, “(Sarah) Snook is nothing like Shiv. When we’re not shooting, everyone gets along really well. Everyone is beautiful, fun and lively.’
She revealed that the women in particular “came really close,” adding, “Sarah, Zoë Winters, who plays Kerry. Juliana (Canfield, who plays Jess Jordan) is one of my best friends. J Smith-Cameron (Gerri). We’ve done a lot of girls’ dinners.’

“I don’t think anyone is too hammered. It was pretty tame. Sometimes the boys crashed.’
She also opened up the rumors that she had a crush on co-star Matthew Macfadyen who plays Tom Wambsgans in Succession and also starred as Mr Darcy in the 2005 film Pride and Prejudice.
Justine admitted, “Okay, okay — I had a crush on Mr. Darcy, which is undoubtedly universal. How do you watch that movie and not be in love with it?
‘He is, say, the most dreamy. I did tell him I was in love with Mr. Darcy. He was very sweet about it.’
Justine was originally only supposed to appear in three episodes of the award-winning show, but was retained after proving popular and making a series regular in the third season.
She admitted that she knew Succession was going to be a hit from the start, and confesses that she cried when the show ended, saying “I’m going to miss that set so much.”

It comes as Succession’s finale airs in the UK on Sunday night after four incredible seasons.
The critically acclaimed show is about a billionaire media mogul and his children’s struggle to take over the family business Waystar Royco.
Speaking to The New Yorker earlier this year, show creator Jesse Armstrong teased, “There’s promise in the title Succession.”
