Rubinstein said the dress was one of the first things she noticed at the sale, and her enthusiastic reaction made nearby shoppers laugh.
The dress was one of the first items I saw when I entered the flea market. I immediately screamed, ‘OMG, YOU HAVE THE DRESS!’ The owners and other neighbors laughed a lot at my expressive reaction when they saw it,” he said. News week.

The seller had it in her closet since 2015 but rarely used it.
