Two thugs from the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua arrested in Colorado for a shooting are free and on the streets of Aurora, Colorado, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Dixon Azuaje-Perez, 20, and Nixon Azuaje-Perez, 19, are two of four members of the Tren de Aragua gang arrested by local police in recent days for an attempted murder on July 28 that occurred at the Nome Street Apartments.
It is one of the apartment buildings taken over by armed members of the South American mafia.
Aurora police confirmed that Dixon and Nixon are no longer in jail.
“Nixon and Dixon posted $1,000 bail for their charges,” a police spokesman told DailyMail.com.
“They are no longer detained.”
Dixon Azuaje-Perez, 20, and Nixon Azuaje-Perez, 19, are two of four Tren de Aragua gang members arrested by local police in recent days for an attempted murder in July that occurred at the Nome Street Apartments.
Both Dixon and Nixon are described as suspected members of TdA, as the gang is known to federal law enforcement officials.
Meanwhile, Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, 24, and his brother Jhonardy José Pacheco-Chirinos, also known as ‘Cookie’ or ‘Galleta’, are known gang members.
They were arrested in connection with the same shooting and are in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
TdA is best known for its brutal sex trafficking of women and girls in South America, as well as its trafficking of its own countrymen.
An explosive report details the criminal organization’s complete control over the Whispering Pine Apartments in suburban Denver.
According to the apartment manager, the empty units were allegedly used to hold “parties” where the gang provided “drugs and child prostitution,” adding that the gangster said that “minors are a good source of money.”

The notorious South American gang arrived in the United States in recent years, as first reported by the Daily Mail, mixed in with asylum-seeking migrants.
They have been linked to a crime wave stretching from Miami to New York.
In recent days, the Dallas Police Department has confirmed that it is searching for TdA members in the Texas city.
TdA has established its new headquarters on the US-Mexico border, just south of El Paso, Texas, as DailyMail.com exclusively reported.
In Texas’ sixth-largest city, about a nine-hour drive from Dallas, police are working on a confidential plan to address the growing threat, confidential sources told DailyMail.com last month.
As a DailyMail.com investigation revealed, Venezuelan migrants have infiltrated food delivery and ride-sharing apps, renting or buying accounts that don’t belong to them and showing up at your doorstep illegally.
Venezuela’s most violent gang, Tren de Aragua, has moved its headquarters across the U.S. border to the Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez.
Last month, the U.S. government designated the Tren de Aragua as a transnational criminal organization and announced a $5 million reward for the capture of its leader, Hector “El Niño” Guerrero Flores.
In July, the U.S. government designated TdA as a transnational criminal organization.
“Today’s designation of Tren de Aragua as a Major Transnational Criminal Organization underscores the growing threat it poses to American communities,” Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence Brian Nelson said last month.
The leader of TdA remains at large and there is a $5 million reward on his head.
Known as the “epitome of evil,” the notorious criminal organization Tren de Aragua, or TdA as it is known to federal agents, formerly operated out of an infamous South American prison.
But after kingpin Hector Guerrero Flores escaped last year, the mob moved its command center to Ciudad Juarez in Mexico, on the US border, directly across from El Paso, Texas, local officials told DailyMail.com.
“The Aragua Train is the epitome of evil,” said Congressman Tony Gonzales, who represents El Paso.
‘This gang is known for raping children, leading murders and causing widespread chaos.’
Since its formation behind the walls of Tocorón prison in the Venezuelan state of Aragua, the Tren de Aragua is now linked to widespread human and sex trafficking on the South American continent.
Law enforcement now considers the gang to be as dangerous as El Salvador’s Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13.
