Simone Biles is considered the greatest of all time in the eyes of many people, and Serena Williams is clearly one of them.

Williams, widely considered the greatest tennis player in history, joined gymnastics icon Biles for an evening of “shocking conversation” at an event hosted by high-end watch brand Audemars Piguet, Vanity Fair and The Female Quotient on Wednesday.

And it’s fair to say that GOAT recognized GOAT that night.

The 23-time Grand Slam winner tagged Biles as such after sharing a series of photos from the event, which also included snaps with model Winnie Harlow and Vanity Fair editor-in-chief Radhika Jones.

She captioned it: ‘Yesterday, I sat down with the GOAT @simonebiles for AN AFTERNOON OF SHOCKING CONVERSATION with @audemarspiguet @vanityfair @femalequotient and a house full of women. I love seeing it.’

Biles is the most decorated gymnast of all time after winning 11 Olympic medals and 30 World Championship medals during her illustrious career.

The 27-year-old recently added four more Olympic medals to her collection at the Paris Games, where she claimed three golds and a silver to further cement her status as the greatest in history.

In addition to carving out a storied legacy in gymnastics, Biles is also the most marketable athlete on the planet right now, according to a shocking new study.

SportsPro and NorthStar Solutions Group recently evaluated more than 1,000 stars, from 174 different sports ‘categories’, who competed between September 1, 2023 and September 1, 2024.

It is the 15th edition of the study, whose previous winners include Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and LeBron James.

In 2024, however, the number one spot went to Biles after her success at this summer’s Olympics, and the top 15 also includes female athletes from basketball, rugby, swimming and tennis.

However, the Olympic heroine falls outside the top five when it comes to the highest-paid athletes in the world.

On Wednesday, sports released its data for this year, calculating totals for salaries/earnings and support checks.

Biles further cemented her legacy as the most decorated gymnast in the history of the Paris Olympics.
