Sean “Diddy” Combs’ chief of staff may hold the secrets behind his alleged sex crimes empire and ultimately become a key witness in the sprawling federal sex crimes investigation, a source claims.
Kristina Khorram — once referred to as “Jeffrey Epstein’s (Diddy’s) Ghislaine Maxwell” — has not been charged with or accused of any crime.
However, several “high-ranking supervisors” are mentioned, but not named, in a criminal indictment against the rapper.
“If anyone is the gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything,” a source said. The New York Post. “Kristina could be cooperative. At least, if she’s smart, she will be.”
Combs, 54, was arrested Tuesday and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, charges to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Khorram, who has been described as Diddy’s “manipulator-in-chief,” was an integral member of his team throughout the period in which his alleged crimes occurred.

Combs once referred to Khorram as his “right-hand woman.” A civil lawsuit filed against Combs by music producer Lil Rod compared her to the notorious Madam Maxwell.
Sources previously told DailyMail.com that at least five executives close to Combs have been advised to “explore their options” because they “will not be protected by shareholders if allegations arise.”
Khorram joined Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment in 2013 and became manager of Combs Enterprises.
Her LinkedIn profile, since deleted, states she was named Combs’ chief of staff in 2020.
“She has been my right hand for the past 8 years and has always proven that she can get things done and make things work. I don’t know how I would function without her,” Combs wrote in a Facebook post in 2021.
According to the indictment, the rapper relied on “certain employees” to “conduct, facilitate and conceal his sexual abuse and trafficking network.”

Combs was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, crimes to which he pleaded not guilty.
The document claims these “high-ranking supervisors” helped orchestrate “conflicts,” which is what Combs allegedly referred to as the drug-fueled sexual performances.
Lil Rod claimed in his lawsuit that Khorram helped arrange for people for these sessions along with another of Combs’ employees, Steve J.
He further claimed that Khorram ordered staff to bring a bag full of drugs for Combs’ use.
He said the employee “knowingly and intentionally participated in, perpetrated, aided, supported and facilitated a sex trafficking operation” and claimed she was “instrumental” in orchestrating the alleged operation.
Combs’ team dismissed Lil Rod’s lawsuit as “pure fiction” and asked for it to be dismissed.
Attorney Erica Wolff previously called the filing “a blatant attempt to create media hype and secure a quick settlement.”
“Mr. Jones was not threatened, manipulated, attacked or trafficked. We look forward to proving in a court of law that all of Mr. Jones’ allegations are false and should be dismissed,” she said.
Combs was jailed Tuesday and a judge denied his request for bail despite the star’s offer of $50 million.
The rapper’s extravagant Holmby Hills residence was raided by Homeland Security in connection with sexual assault allegations.
Law enforcement officers were also seen removing boxes of evidence and a laptop from Diddy’s Star Island mansion in Miami Beach during a raid on suspicion of sex trafficking.

The indictment against him alleges that he coerced and abused women for years while using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line.
It obliquely refers to an attack on his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, that was captured on video.
“Mr. Combs is a fighter. He’s going to fight to the end. He’s innocent,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said after the trial. For starters, he said he would appeal the bail decision.
The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of hitting, punching and dragging women, throwing objects at them and kicking them, and asking his personal assistants, security personnel and house staff to help him cover it all up.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson told the court that Combs had “physically and sexually abused his victims for decades.”
“He used his firm’s vast resources to facilitate his abuses and cover up his crimes. Simply put, he is a serial abuser and a serial obstructionist,” she said, adding that he had “a long and exhaustive record of obstructing justice,” including alleged bribery and witness intimidation.
Agnifilo acknowledged that Combs was “not a perfect person,” saying he had used drugs and been in “toxic relationships,” but was receiving treatment and therapy.
“The evidence in this case is extremely problematic,” the lawyer told the court.

He said the case arose from a long-term consensual relationship that collapsed amid infidelity.
He did not name the woman, but the details matched those of Combs’ decade-long relationship with Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura.
The ‘Freak Offs’, Agnifilo argued, were an expansion of that relationship, and not a coercive one.
“Is it sex trafficking? Not if everyone wants to be there,” Agnifilo said, arguing that authorities were intruding into his client’s private life.
However, prosecutors said in court documents that they had interviewed more than 50 victims and witnesses and expect the number to rise.
They said they would use financial, travel and billing records, electronic data and communications and videos of the ‘Freak Offs’ to prove their case.
