Samantha Armytage Reveals Her Plans To Return To TV After Her Shock Resignation From Sunrise
Samantha Armytage resigned from her performance on Sunrise in March.
And in the latest episode of her podcast, Something to talk about, she revealed her plans to return to TV during a conversation with Kyle Sandilands.
The radio shock jock boasted that he would never retire and that he was so committed to his radio career that he would “breathe his last.”

The former TV host said: “I’m half-retired,” before adding: “But I’m going again, I’m just taking a break.”
Sam hinted that she would make her return to TV “one of these days.”
“I will, I know you’ll be back on TV. What are you going to do? Show today?’ Kyle suggested, as Sam laughed.
He then asked, ‘Do you have any plans? Do you have a desire?’

The blond beauty said, “I have no desire, I actually have no desire at the moment.”
“I’m going to get a good rest and, I don’t know, one of these days, next year,” she added.
Kyle then suggested bringing back an afternoon show, saying, “Forget that American crap, they’re boring… It would be nice to do something in the middle of the day.”

Samantha married her husband Richard Lavender in an intimate ceremony in the Southern Highlands on New Year’s Eve.
In March, she tearfully announced that she had resigned as the host of Sunrise.
She said: “I want to get out of this public world for a while and take some time and calm things down, enjoy a little slow life, and spend some time with my precious family, my husband and [dog] Banjo.’
