Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia on Friday, the blonde entrepreneur revealed that she would install a full gym, a children's playroom and a room SIMPLY for Hermès Birkins.

Roxy, who currently resides in North Bondi, Sydney, revealed that she would be working with renowned interior designer Blainey North.
"I have a hairdressing and makeup room, a full gym for (the husband) Oli and me, a bigger cinema and a playroom for the children," he confessed.
Roxy, however, admitted that the piece of resistance in the luxurious renovation would be a room ONLY for her collection of Birkins, by the French designer Hermès.

It is believed that the blond power has around fifteen of the exclusive bags, with a collective value of $ 1 million.
The prize in his collection is a black crocodile leather handbag, which Hermès has revealed has an estimated value of AUD $ 84,350.
Birkin bags can sell from $ 11,000 to $ 300,000.

The founder of Sweaty Betty PR, who never spared in style, told Daily Mail Australia that part of his collection is very "rare" and that it also includes several "Kelly" bags.
The business-minded personality is a staunch fan of Hermès, who calls her collection "art" and who attended the fashion show at Fashion Week in Paris in the past.
Earlier this week, Sweaty Betty Boss revealed that she and her entrepreneur boyfriend Oliver Curtis had bought the sprawling mansion in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
It is not up to scratch! Although the mansion, located in the luxurious suburbs of East Sydney, is a dream for most people, Roxy said she would undergo a series of changes.
Suitable for the queen of Sydney's social scene, the palatial residence offers an independent master suite on the top floor, steam room and a swimming pool.

As for whether she will inspire a season on the hit reality show The Block, Roxy said she was too busy to commit to a film show.

"I have enough on my plate and I'm far from useful so I do not," Roxy said.
The mother of two, however, admitted that it could be at stake for Oliver.
