Flight attendants had to break up a fight between two men on a long-haul flight that started after one sat in the other’s seat because he wanted to get away from the other passenger’s incessant coughing.

The fight began a few hours into the trip from Taiwan to San Francisco when one of the men was upset because a passenger next to him was constantly coughing.

He sat down, but several minutes later, the seat’s original occupant returned.

The argument that followed quickly erupted into a violent fight and cabin crew members had to get between the two men to break it up.
