And on Wednesday, the 41-year-old actress proudly showed off her slimmed-down figure and trimmed waist in a figure-hugging black ensemble.

In a series of photos shared on Instagram, the Pitch Perfect star posed in an off-the-shoulder top and sequined pants.

She paired her ensemble with a pair of black stilettos and styled her long blonde locks in curls.

In one photo, Rebel was holding a red rose and posing for the camera in front of a fireplace.

The Bridesmaids star proudly announced last November that she had reached her goal weight of 75kg.

‘Meet my goal with one month to spare! Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to target and that was 75 kilograms,” she wrote on Instagram.

According to People magazine, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is due in part to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

A source told the publication she had “amazing results” by changing her eating habits while staying at an Austrian health and wellness retreat last year, and has continued to follow the plan.

“It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages slow eating of whole foods, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,” said a source.

“She works out with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes for walks and tries to increase her protein intake nutritionally.”
