Queen Letizia of Spain once again triumphed in style when attending an event to mark Rare Disease Day in Seville, Andalusia.
The 51-year-old royal presided over the country’s official event on the occasion of World Rare Disease Day, which was held at the FIBES Exhibition and Congress Center in Seville on Tuesday, March 5.
The former journalist wore an elegant navy blue knitted midi dress by the Spanish designer Galcon Studio.
Known as an intarsia floral knit dress, this long-sleeved style features two large cream flowers on the front.
This elegant round neck dress, with a belt at the waist, is made of 100% merino wool. It once sold for €229 but is no longer available.

Letizia wore the dress, which has a striking cream-colored floral design, cinched at the waist and wore her brown hair down.
As Honorary President of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER), which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary, Queen Letizia addressed the attendees
Eagle-eyed royal fans may recognize the dress from previous official engagements, including the Ateneo de Madrid bicentennial last April.
Previously, the mother of two children wore the garment in March 2022 for the start of the ‘Talent Tour’ in Malaga.
In Seville, she paired the dress with black patent leather pumps and star-shaped diamond studs, while her straight brown hair fell just below her shoulders.
While World Rare Disease Day took place on February 29 this year, Spain officially celebrated it on March 5.
Also attending were the Andalusian president, Juanma Moreno, the Spanish Minister of Health, Mónica García, and the president of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER), Juan Carrión.
FEDER, which is committed to research and treatment of rare diseases, was founded 25 years ago in Seville.
Letizia, who is Honorary President of the organization, visited FEDER for the last time on February 13, where she also showed her talent for fashion.
She was beaming when she arrived at the organization’s headquarters in Madrid, the Spanish capital.
Letizia had already worn the elegant long-sleeved Galcon Studio dress in previous official engagements, including the bicentennial of the Ateneo de Madrid last April.

The royal made a stylish entrance in a striking chartreuse Hugo Boss blazer, which cost £354.99, teamed with wide-leg trousers and suede boots.
Debuting in November 2023, Letizia’s ‘Jestena’ jacket is made from textured wool with an asymmetrical double-breasted front and classic notch lapels.
Each year, visit FEDER to learn about the challenges and opportunities the charity anticipates for the coming year.
Letting her jacket take center stage, she accessorized it with wide-leg trousers, suede boots and a long wool coat, all in a sleek black hue.
The royal opted for her signature makeup look, incorporating a smoky eye, tanned cheekbones and nude lips, while her brunette locks fell over her shoulders.
Letizia completed her ensemble with minimalist jewelry, choosing only diamond earrings and a gold ring.
FEDER helps people who have contracted a disease from which fewer than five people in every 10,000 suffer. In Spain alone there are more than three million people who meet the requirements.
