Qantas IS NOT Australia's most trusted airline: the foreign courier beats his rival for the third year in a row – while Virgin throws down the rankings

Qantas Airways has again been defeated by the counterparty in the annual Australian company reputation index.
In the institute's report, Air New Zealand took first place as the most trusted brand, while the Australian flagship company finished in second place.
The institute ranks brands based on Australian opinion on a number of factors, including product, service, and financial performance.

It is the third consecutive year that the operator in New Zealand is doing better than the Australian companies.
The Airlines Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Luxon, said the brand was determined to continue its winning streak.

Despite the fact that first place is almost missing, second place is an improvement for Quantas which finished in third place in 2018.
Also in the top five were JB Hi Fi, Toyota and Mazda Australia respectively.
While Aldi Australia, Samsung, Woolworths, Hyundai Australia and Nestle Australia completed the top ten.
In the meantime, Virgin Australia plummeted from the top ten this year, after having achieved fourth place earlier in 2018.
But Air New Zealand only came in second place in the annual reputation index assessment of its own, while Toyota took the top position.
However, the company has won the best place in the TripAdvisor's Traveler & # 39; s Choice Awards because it is the best brand in the South Pacific region.
Qantas was named as the best service in Australia.
